I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002, with over two decades of hands-on experience helping clients reconnect to their bodies, reduce pain, and restore balance. Massage therapy has never been just a job for me — it’s been a calling. Over the years, my work has evolved into a deeply intuitive, therapeutic practice that blends structural knowledge with whole-person care. I specialize in creating sessions that are both effective and grounding, whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, support through stress, or simply a restorative reset. In 2017, I became a Certified Yoga Teacher, expanding my understanding of movement, breath, and the mind-body connection. Yoga deepened my appreciation for how posture, stress patterns, and nervous system health influence physical pain and overall well-being. This training informs the way I assess and approach each massage session — thoughtfully, intentionally, and with long-term wellness in mind. Currently, I am completing my training to become a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. This next step reflects my passion for looking beyond symptoms and supporting true, sustainable health from the inside out. My goal is to offer care that supports not just muscles, but the nervous system, lifestyle patterns, and overall vitality. I believe healing happens in a peaceful environment where you feel safe, heard, and cared for. My practice is rooted in professionalism, experience, and a genuine desire to help you feel better in your body.
