A gentle transition to help your nervous system unwind before bodywork. *My infrared sauna is a miHIGH sauna bag that lays directly on the massage table. You will need to be dressed inside the sauna. Full length t-shirt, pants, and socks are required for comfort as the bag does get warm—intentionally. Warm moist towels will be provided to you to wipe any sweat away and tidy up before your massage. *Health note: Infrared sauna may not be appropriate for everyone. Certain medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or heat sensitivities may be contraindications. Please consult with your physician to determine if infrared sauna is safe for you before booking this service.
